DUBAI (MarketsXplora) – Online trading platform CFI Financial Group has signed a three-year deal to become the official trading partner of France’s Paris Saint-Germain Football Club, the Dubai-based company said on Thursday.

The partnership will give CFI branding exposure at PSG’s home stadium in Paris as it looks to leverage the club’s global fan base and drive new business. PSG has over 100 million followers across social media platforms.

“We are incredibly excited to launch our partnership with Paris Saint-Germain, a football club synonymous with passion and its own unique brand identity,” said Hisham Mansour, founder and managing director of CFI Financial Group.

As part of the deal, CFI will feature its trading brand on LED advertising boards during PSG home matches and will get access to players for promotional campaigns.

Over the next three seasons, CFI is aiming to attract new clients by tapping into PSG’s popularity, especially in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and Asia.

CFI, which allows retail investors to trade foreign exchange, stocks, commodities and other assets online, operates across five continents and serves clients in over 100 countries.

Founded in France in 1970, PSG has become one of football’s most famous clubs after heavy investment from Qatar Sports Investments over the past decade, which led to a string of domestic trophies and star signings like Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappé.
