VILNIUS (MarketsXplora) – Robinhood Crypto has introduced Ethereum (ETH) staking for its European customer base, offering a unique incentive program that includes a 100% match on staking earnings up to €10,000.
The neobroker, which entered the European market late last year focusing on crypto trading, aims to simplify the staking process for cryptocurrency investors. Staking allows crypto holders to earn rewards by temporarily locking their assets and supporting network operations.
“Robinhood’s platform is built with our customers at the center,” said Johann Kerbrat, General Manager and Vice President of Robinhood Crypto. “We’ve simplified the staking process to ensure users can contribute to the security of the ETH network while also earning rewards efficiently.”
The service builds on the company’s earlier introduction of Solana (SOL) staking in Europe this year. Customers can now earn matched rewards on both ETH and SOL staking for a limited time, with the ability to stake and unstake their holdings flexibly.
Crypto services are provided through Robinhood Europe, UAB, a Lithuania-registered virtual currency exchange and depository wallet operator, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
The platform emphasizes accessibility, addressing what Kerbrat described as the potentially intimidating nature of crypto staking for newcomers to the digital asset space.
